Irish Creme

Ingredients

• 1 cup brandy (whatever your favorite brand is)
• 3 eggs
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 tsp coconut extract
• 1 pint half/half
• 2 TBS chocolate syrup (I use Hershey's)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/8 tsp almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all together, keeps for 2-4 weeks in the refrigerator. Makes a nice holiday gift when you find nice bottles to put it in.
