Meals (Devilish Chili Cheese Dogs)

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 Lb ground sirloin
• Salt & Black pepper to taste
• 2 Tsp worcestershire sauce
• 1 small onion,chopped
• 2 cloves garlic,chopped
• 1 Tbsp chili powder
• 1 Can(8 oz) tomato sauce
• 8 Hot dogs
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 1 Tbsp hot sauce
• 8 Hot dog buns,toasted
• 2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1)Heat a medium-size skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and meat and season with sale and pepper. Brown for 4 minutes,crumbling beef as it cooks.

2)Add worcestershire sauce,onion,garlic and chili powder. Cook for 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and reduce heat to low.

3)Boil hot dogs in a shallow skillet of water to warm through,5 minutes. Drain and return pan to medium heat. Score casings on dogs. Melt butter in skillet and add hot sauce. Add dogs to skillet and brown about 5 minutes.

4)Heat broiler. Place dogs in buns and top with chili and cheese. Place dogs under broiler to melt cheese. Serve
