envelope onion soup mix, (1½ oz.)
cup sauterne wine, (or beef broth)
can cream of mushroom soup, condensed, (10 1/2oz.)
ounces mushroom stems and pieces, drained -- (opt.)
Combine all ingredients in Crock-pot. Cover and cook on low setting for 10 to 12 hours. If desired thicken gravy. Serving Ideas : Serve over noddles, tossed salad, green beansNOTES : Quick preparation but long cooking time of course because it is a crock-pot recipe.
