Ingredients
- Italian:
- 4 medium baking potatoes, (1 1/2 pounds)
- Toppings, (below)
- 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce heated
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese ( 1 ounce)
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan Cheese
- Mexican:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 4 green onions sliced
- Bavarian:
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 3/4 cup chopped fully cooked smoked ham
- 4 green onions sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 dregrees. Pierce potatoes with fork to allow steam to escape. Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until tender. Cut an x in top of each potato. gently squeeze potato from bottom to force potato open. Serve with desired toppings.

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese ( 1 ounce)

Spoon spaghetti sauce, onto potatoes. Sprinkle with cheeses.
Mexican
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
4 green onions sliced
Mix sour cream and salsa; spoon onto potatoes. Sprinkle with onions.
Bavarian
3/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
3/4 cup chopped fully cooked smoked ham
4 green onions sliced
Mix sour ceram, mustard and dill weed; spoon onto potatoes. Sprinkle with ham and onion.
