Ingredients

  • Citrus Vinaigrette:
  • 4 1-1/4 lb lobsters, cooked, shelled
  • 4 ripe avocados, peeled, cored, sliced
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
  • Citrus Vinaigrette
  • juice of 3 navel oranges
  • zest of 1 orange
  • juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Place all ingredients In a bowl, slowly whisk in oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 1

On a platter arrange slices of avocado, lobster meat, red onions slices and grapes. Sprinkle with cracked sea salt and cracked pepper. Drizzle with citrus vinaigrette. Pair with Chardonnay
