Lobster Avocado Salad

Ingredients
- Citrus Vinaigrette:
- 4 1-1/4 lb lobsters, cooked, shelled
- 4 ripe avocados, peeled, cored, sliced
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
- Citrus Vinaigrette
- juice of 3 navel oranges
- zest of 1 orange
- juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Place all ingredients In a bowl, slowly whisk in oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation
Step 1
On a platter arrange slices of avocado, lobster meat, red onions slices and grapes. Sprinkle with cracked sea salt and cracked pepper. Drizzle with citrus vinaigrette. Pair with Chardonnay
