Ingredients
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup thinly slice green onion
- 1/3 cup grated asiago cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms chopped
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes chopped
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 1 tablespoon parmiggiano cheese
- 2 baguetttes cut 1/2" think slices diagionally

Step 1
preheat oven at 350F
combine the first six ingredients in a bowl puree this in a pocessor
spoon into casserole dish
sprinkle with parmiggiano
bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly
serve with toasted bread slices
