- 3 lbs potatoes, cut in wedges
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 + 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and cut potatoes in large wedges.
Combine broth, lime juice, butter, oregano, salt and pepper and minced garlic.
Pour over potatoes coat well, Cover dish with foil. Bake 40 minutes uncover turn potatoes.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Return to oven uncovered. Bake 20-30 minutes or more.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
