Ingredients
- 1 tortilla
- 1/3 cup canned black beans, mashed
- 1/4 cup spicy salsa
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp. sliced, pitted olives
- 2 tbsp. diced tomato
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tbsp. fat-free sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix beans, half salsa, cheese, onion, and tomato in small bowl.
Place tortilla on aluminum foil.
Spoon bean mixture into tortilla, slightly off center.
Fold tortilla and wrap foil around.
Bake 10 to 15 min. until hot.
Top with remaining ingredients.
