  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 6 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 3/4 cup of Coopers Sharp cheese
  • 1 lb American cheese



Step 1

Cook potatoes drain, in the same pot place cheese and put on lid until cheese starts to melt. Mash potatoes and cheese.

Mix eggs, sour cream, flour and salt. Roll out and use a circle cutter or class to cut out shape. Place potato filling on dough, fold over and pinch the ends. Flash freeze on a cookie sheet and place in container or bags.
