Ingredients

  • 1 (16oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 orange,peeled,sectioned,cut into bite size pieces, drained
  • 1 (3oz) pkg cherry flavored Jello
  • 3/4 c boiling water
  • 1/2 c apple, diced
  • 1/2 c nuts, chopped
  • lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbs sour cream
  • 2 tbs mayonaise

Preparation

Step 1

Combine jello and water, stir until jello is dissolve, Add cranberry sauce, stirring until blended. Chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Fold in fruit and nuts
Spoon into lightly greased mold and refrigerate until set.
Unmold onto lettuce leaves. Combine sour cream and mayonaise and serve with salad.
