Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins (total about 2 pounds)
- 1/2 cup Cherry Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Three Onion Rub
- 1 tablespoon Smoky Barbecue Rub
- 1/4 cup garlic canola oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 tablespoon Cherry Balsamic Vinegar

Step 1
Trim tenderloins of excess fat and silver skin. For marinade, combine 1/2 cup Cherry Balsamic Vinegar, Three Onion Rub, Smoky Barbecue Rub, garlic canola oil and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Add tenderloin. Place marinaded meat in crock pot.
Whisk together chicken broth, cranberries, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons corn starch and 1 tablespoon Cherry Balsamic Vinegar. Pour over meat in crock pot. Cook on low about 8 hours. Serve with wild rice blend.
