Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. butter
- 2 lbs. powdered sugar
- Few drops mint oil
- Few drops food coloring
- 1/2 cup granulated superfine sugar

Step 1
Blend cream cheese, butter and sugar; add flavoring and food coloring of your choice. ( a drop of yellow added to red gives a deeper red, less pink.) Roll into small balls and coat well with sugar. Press into mold and tap to remove. For chocolate, substitute 2 tbsp. cocoa and 1 tsp vanilla for mint.
