Ingredients
- Baby Spinach (equivelant of 1 bag)
- Strawberries (small container, cleaned and halved)
- Mandarin Oranges (small can/jar)
- Pecans
- Vinaigrette: ( I double this)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 TBL white wine vingegar
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tbl poppyseeds

Step 1
Blend all ingredients except poppyseeds until thick & smooth. Add poppyseeds & blend to mix.
