  • 1/2 spoon desiccated thyme
  • 1/2 spoon sesame
  • 1/2 spoon sumak
  • 800 g/1 3/4 lb potatoes
  • 3 spoons olive oil
  • salt

Preparation

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Wash and dry thoroughly.

Mix 2 spoons of oil with the sesame, sumak and thyme in a bowl. Put the potatoes into a large bowl and mix with the oil mixture until well coated.

Put in the ActiFry and drizzle in the remaining oil. Cook.
