- 800 g/1 3/4 lb potatoes
- 1 spoon olive oil
- 1 spoon vegetable oil
- 3/4 spoon ground sumak
- Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut chips of equal thickness, each about 1/2 inch (1 cm)
square thickness. Rinse thoroughly in water; drain well. Use a clean tea towel to thoroughly dry the potatoes.
Mix the olive oil and sumak in a bowl.
Put the chips in the ActiFry and add the mixture of oil and sumak. Cook.
