Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced, or to taste
- 3/4 cup diced fresh tomato
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 3/4 cup chicken stock Pinch of crushed red pepper Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 ounces angel hair pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 1 teaspoon roasted pine nuts
- 1 sprig fresh basil, leaves picked and chopped, plus more for garnish
- 1 sprig Italian parsley, leaves picked and chopped, plus more for garnish
- 2 ounces fresh goat cheese, crumbled, plus more for garnish
- 2 tablespoons whipped butter

Step 1
1 Using a medium saute pan over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add garlic and saute until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add tomato, white wine and chicken stock. Season with crushed red pepper. Add salt and black pepper, to taste. Reduce liquid by one-fourth.
2 Add angel hair pasta, pine nuts, basil, parsley and goat cheese.
3 Add butter, then toss to combine. Transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with dots of goat cheese, basil and parsley.
