Ingredients
- 2 red peppers (grilled, peeled, seeded), cut in strips,
- 1/2 large onion, sliced,
- 200 g/7 oz new carrots (scraped), cut into slices,
- 200 g/7 oz dwarf corn, drained,
- 100 g/3 1/2 oz Chinese black mushrooms (soaked),
- 100 g/3 1/2 oz bamboo shoots (drained),
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed,
- 2 cardamon pods (use the seeds),
- 1 ActiFry spoon monosodium glutamate,
- 3 ActiFry spoons rapeseed oil,
- 1 dash sri-racha (Thai chilli sauce) or Tabasco sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Put the sliced onion and the peppers in the ActiFry. Pour in the oil and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 15 minutes, adding 1/2 glass of water every 5 minutes.
Correct the seasoning to taste (with more or less chilli sauce). Serve.
