Ingredients

  • 2 red peppers (grilled, peeled, seeded), cut in strips,
  • 1/2 large onion, sliced,
  • 200 g/7 oz new carrots (scraped), cut into slices,
  • 200 g/7 oz dwarf corn, drained,
  • 100 g/3 1/2 oz Chinese black mushrooms (soaked),
  • 100 g/3 1/2 oz bamboo shoots (drained),
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed,
  • 2 cardamon pods (use the seeds),
  • 1 ActiFry spoon monosodium glutamate,
  • 3 ActiFry spoons rapeseed oil,
  • 1 dash sri-racha (Thai chilli sauce) or Tabasco sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Put the sliced onion and the peppers in the ActiFry. Pour in the oil and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 15 minutes, adding 1/2 glass of water every 5 minutes.

Correct the seasoning to taste (with more or less chilli sauce). Serve.
