Instructions
For the Cinnamon Rolls:
Spray the frozen bread dough and a large bowl with cooking spray. Place the bread in the bowl and cover with plastic wrapped sprayed with cooking spray to avoid sticking. Place the bowl in a warm location to rise and double in size, about 6 hours in frozen.
Whisk together melted butter and maple syrup in small bowl. Set aside. Combine sugars and cinnamon in another small bowl. Set aside.
Line a 15" x 18" baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Punch down dough. Remove half of the dough to a well floured surface (Cover the dough remaining in the bowl.). Using a floured rolling pin, roll the dough into a 10" x 14" rectangle.
Brush half of the maple butter mixture onto the dough. Sprinkle with half of the sugar mixture.
Starting on the long side, tightly roll the dough into a log. Transfer to a cutting board. Cut the log into !" pieces and place on parchment lined baking sheet, allowing a little space between each roll for the dough to rise. Repeat with the remaining dough.
Cover the baking sheet with a clean lint free dish towel. Place in a warm location to rise, about 1 - 2 hours, pieces will rise and touch.
For the Topping:
Brush the rolls with butter and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
For the Glaze:
While rolls bake, prepare the maple glaze. In a small sauce pan, melt butter and maple syrup together over medium heat.
Whisk confectioners' sugar into the melted butter mixture until smooth. Immediately pour over hot cinnamon rolls.
