Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 c. bran
- 4 c. flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 4 tsp. baking soda
- 4 tsp. salt
- 4 c. milk
- grated carrot, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs and brown sugar well. Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Batter may be stored in refrigerator for 3-4 weeks in bowl with lid. Very moist muffins.
