Ingredients
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups flaked coconut
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine flour, coconut and salt. Add milk and vanilla; mix well. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop by tablespoonfuls 1 in. apart onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire rack to cool.
