Ingredients

2/3 cup sugar
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup oil (melted)
2 eggs
2/3 cup flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Nuts (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar and oil. Add eggs. Beat until light and smooth. Stir in vanilla, chocolate and nuts. Mix together flour and salt. Gradually add to chocolate mixture. Beat until smooth. Pour into greased 8X8X2 pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 350.
