- 875 g/1 3/4 lb potatoes
- 1/2 ActiFry spoon Cajun spice powder
- 2 ActiFry spoons vegetable oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and cut each half into thin slices. Rinse well with water. Use kitchen absorbent paper to dry well, removing all excess water.
Put the potato slices in a large bowl. Add the seasoning and half the oil and mix well. Transfer to the ActiFry pan. Pour in the remaining oil.
Cook for 35 to 40 minutes or until they are crispy, golden and entirely cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and then sprinkle with parsley to taste.
