Mange-tout with Tomatoes, Celery and Pine Nuts

Ingredients
- 400 g/ 14 oz mange-tout,
- 1 package cherry tomatoes,
- 1 head stalk celery,
- 1 package mushrooms,
- 2 ActiFry spoons pine nuts,
- 1 ActiFry spoon chopped fresh rosemary,
- 1 ActiFry spoon oil of your choice

Preparation
Step 1
Cut the celery stalks into pieces and the muschrooms in half. Pour the oil in the ActiFry and add the mange-touts, the cherry tomatoes, the celery and the mushrooms. Sprinkle with finely chopped rosemary.
Cook for about 20 minutes. The pine nuts add texture to the dish. Add them 10 minutes before it is finished cooking. Taste, and add a pinch of salt and pepper if needed.
