Ingredients

  • SAUCE:
  • 800 g/1 3/4 lb potatoes,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon walnut oil,
  • 1 spoon curry powder,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon fresh thyme
  • 100 ml/3 1/2 fl oz reduced fat yoghurt,
  • 100 ml/3 1/2 fl oz reduced fat chip sauce,
  • 2 pineapple slices,
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut into a dice around 10 mm x 10 mm. Wash quickly and dry well with a tea towel. Cook the chips in walnut oil in the ActiFry for around 35 minutes.

The sauce is very simple to make. Cut the pineapple into little pieces. Mix the pineapple with the yoghurt, the chip sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper. Chill.

Remove the thyme leaves from the stems and add both the curry powder and the thym to the chips 10 minutes before they are finished cooking.
