Cheddar Ham Cups

When I host brunch at my house, I like to greet my hungry friends and famiy with big platters of these bite-size bits of comfort. Bursting with lots of ham, cheese, and bacon, these savory starters keep everyone satisfied until we sit down for the main event.

Ingredients
- Vegetable oil spray
- 2 c. (8 oz) finely shredded Cheddar
- 1/2 c thinly sliced finely chopped smoked ham
- 3/4 c mayonnaise
- 1/2 c finely chopped onion
- 4-5 bacon slices cooked and finely crumbled
- 2-3 t. dijon mustard
- 1/4 t. kosher salt
- 1 16.3 oz tube (8 biscuits) Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers
- freshly ground black pepepr

Step 1
Prehet the oven to 450. Spray a mini muffin pan witht eh vegetable oil spray even if using a nonstick pan.
Toss together the Cheddar, ham, mayonnaise, onion bacon, mustard and salt in medium bowl.
Gently separate the individual biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Roll each biscuit quarter into a 1" ball and press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of the muffin cups. Fill each cup with 1/2 t. of the cheese-ham mixture. Take care not to overfill them. Sprinkle a grind of pepper on top of each one.
Bake for 5-7 minutes, unti golden brown and the cheese is melted. LEt stand for 2 mintues before removing from the pan. Serve warm.
