Ingredients

  • 400 g/14 oz minced pork
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 stick celery
  • 1/2 a white onion
  • 300 g/10 1/2 oz peeled tomatoes
  • 20 g/1 tablepoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 16 g/1 tablespoon fine salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place the extra virgin olive oil in the appropriate compartment of the fryer; heat for 3 minutes

Add the vegetables cut into cubes, add the minced pork and brown for approximately 10 minutes.

Add the peeled tomatoes that have been pre-blended, add salt and cook for approximately 25 minutes. Serve to taste.
