Ingredients
- 400 g/14 oz minced pork
- 1 carrot
- 1 stick celery
- 1/2 a white onion
- 300 g/10 1/2 oz peeled tomatoes
- 20 g/1 tablepoon extra virgin olive oil
- 16 g/1 tablespoon fine salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place the extra virgin olive oil in the appropriate compartment of the fryer; heat for 3 minutes
Add the vegetables cut into cubes, add the minced pork and brown for approximately 10 minutes.
Add the peeled tomatoes that have been pre-blended, add salt and cook for approximately 25 minutes. Serve to taste.

Perfect served with a starter dish. Add a little chilli pepper to the vegetables in the recipe to fire up the taste of the meat.
