Ingredients
- 2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 8 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix

Preparation
Step 1
* Preheat oven to 350°.
* Combine onion soup mix with bread crumbs. Dip chops in egg, then bread crumb mixture, coating well. Place in lightly greased, large, shallow baking pan and drizzle, if desired, with melted butter. Bake, turning once, 1 hour or until chops are tender. Makes 8 servings.
* MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Prepare chops as above. In lightly greased 3-quart oblong baking dish, microwave chops, uncovered, at MEDIUM (50% Power) 40 minutes or until chops are done, rearranging chops once. Let stand covered 10 minutes.
