Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 c all purpose flour
- 1 pkg lemon pudding and pie filling(not instant)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c shortening, butter flavored
- 2 tbs butter, softened
- 1 egg
- Filling:
- 2 10oz) pkg strawberries, drained, reserve syrup
- 1 c whipping cream, sweetened or cool whip
- 2 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients for crust and spread in ungreased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350* for 12-15 minutes. Cool completely.
For filling mix cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add 1/2 c of reserved syrup. Beat. Add strawberries and cream. Pour over crust. Freeze covered with aluminum foil overnight. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
