Ingredients

  • 1 lb. butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 - 1 lbs. powdered sugar
  • 2 c. smooth peanut butter
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 3 oz. dark chocolate
  • 1/2 block parafin

Step 1

Mix together the butter, sugar and peanut butter in a food processor until smooth. Chill. Roll into 1 in. balls. Chill a second time until firm. Melt chocolate chips, dark chocolate and parfin together. Dip balls into chocolate with a toothpick leaving a little peanut butter showing.
