Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla low-fat ice cream
- 2 sliced bananas, frozen
- 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1/3 cup frangelico or dark rum
- 6 TB caramel sundae syrup

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place 1'st four ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour 2/3 cup milk shake into 6 glasses.
3. Gently stir 1 TB syrup into each glass.
