Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 2 cups cake flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon clove
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Frosting
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
1 Beat together eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin.
2 Sift together cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg.
3 Add sifted ingredients to pumpkin mixture.
4 Mix well.
5 Grease and flour jelly roll pan.
6 Pour into pan and bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
7 Frosting: Mix cream cheese, margarine, powdered sugar and vanilla together well.
8 Cool cake completely before frosting.
