Tonya's Tomato Bisque Soup

Ingredients

• 2 cans tomato paste
• 3 cups water
• 3 cups heavy cream
• 4 fresh cloves garlic, minced
• 3-6 tbls sugar to taste
• salt and pepper
• dill or basil or terragon
• dill-1tsp dried dill weed @ beginning of cooking time
• Basil
• use 1/2 cup fresh at end of cooking
• Terragon
• 1 tsp dried terragon @ beginning of cooking time

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all , whisk well, bring to boil over moderate heat. Simmer 10 minutes and season to taste
