Spicy Cheeseburgers

Ingredients

• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 2 tsp minced garlic
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp liquid smoke, optional
• 1 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp saalt
• 1/2 tsp ground mustard
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/2 tsp lemon juice
• 3 lbs ground beef
• 9 slices pepper Jack cheese
• 9 hamburger buns, split
• lettuce leaves and tomato slices, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 10 ingredients. Brumble beef over and mix well. Shape.

Grill uncovered over medium heat for 7 - 8 minutes on each side until no longer pink inside. Top with cheese. Grill 3 - 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
