- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons dill weed

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour, salt and turmeric, cook and stir and cook 2 minutes. Add chicken stock cook and stir until thickened. Whisk in cream and Dijon; bring to a boil. Stir in 2 cups fresh peas. Reduce heat. Simmer 9 minutes or until sauce reduces, stirring frequently. Remove, stir in dill. Yield; 6 servings.
