Ingredients
- 1 2 crust refrigerated pie crust (Pillsbury)
- 1/4 c butter, softened
- 1 c brown sugar
- 6 c granny smith apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbs all purpose flour
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- pinch salt
- 1/2 c pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Spread butter. brown sugar, and pecans on bottom of deep dish pie pan.
Roll pastry over pan, press into pecans
Fill with remaining ingredients after they have been mixed together.
Cover with2nd crust. Poke holes in crust.
Bake at 450* for 10 minutes reduce heat to 350* and bake 35-40 minutes.
