Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
- vegetable oil for frying
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tbsp. honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Salad:
- 1 head romaine lettuce, washed and torn into bite-size pieces
- 18 cherry tomatoes
- 3 green onion, sliced with some of the green
- 2 small zucchini, cut into small pieces
- 6 new potatoes, steamed with skins on

In a food storage or brown bag, combine parmesan cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, paprika and salt. Dip each chicken piece in and shake bag.
