Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen spinach, drained
  • 1 can artichoke
  • 1 bag parmesean cheese
  • 1 bag monterey-jack cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temp.
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 tsp garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Bowl 1: Mix spinach and artichoke, both chopped small. Add and mix in parm. cheese.
Bowl 2: Mix remaining ingredients.

Combine all in a baking dish and bake @ 400 for about 35 minutes.
