Ingredients
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp melted butter for crust
- 2 refrigerated rolled pie crusts (Pillsbury)
- 1 can (21oz) apple pie filling
- 2 Tbsp cinnamon sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt brown sugar and 1/2 cup butter in 9" cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Remove pan form heat; cover with 1 pie crust.
Pour apple pie filling on top of crust and sprinkle with 1 Tbs cinnamon sugar; cover with remaining crust. Brush with 1 Tbs melted butter and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
