- 2 cups unpeeled sliced red apples
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1 cup frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed, Cool Whip®
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Step 1
1. In 8 glasses, layer each with watermelon, apples, and blueberries.
2. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, honey, and mint. Spoon evenly over fruit. Top with whipped topping, and sprinkle with lemon zest.
