Ingredients
- 1 can Campbell's Condensed Tomato with Basil and Oregano Soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1 egg, beaten

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine soup and water in small saucepan.
2. Spread 1/4 cup of mixture over base of loaf pan. Set reminder aside.
3. Combine beef, rolled oats, dry mustard, Worchestershire and egg in large bowl.
4. Press into prepared loaf pan.
5. Bake at 350 F until cooked through, about 50 mins to 1 hr.
6. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
7. Heat reserved soup mixture to boil, stirring often. Simmer 2 minutes and spoon over meat loaf slices.
