Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup chopped raw vegetables
- (Broccoli, carrots, red onion, yellow squash, bell pepper, mushrooms)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Dash pepper
- 1 container garlic and herb cheese spread
- 5 whole-wheat flatbread
- 1/3 cup sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Place vegetables in a small bowl; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread 2 teaspoons of garlic and herb cheese spread over each flatbread. Top each with ¼ cup vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Cut each flatbread into 6 wedges.
