Potato Chowder

Ingredients

• IN HEAVY SAUCEPAN MIX:
• 2 c diced potatoes
• 3/4 c diced onion
• 1/2 c diced celery
• 1 tsp salt
• 2-1/2 c water
• COOK ABOVE AND DON'T DRAIN
• 4 T flour
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp dry mustard
• 4 T butter
• MELT INGREDIENTS TOGETHER THEN ADD:
• 2 c milk
• 1-1/2 c milk
• 1-1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
• 1/4 lb cubed velveeta cheese
• 1 T parsley flakes

When mixture is thickened and cheese melted, combine with potato mixture. Add 1 can of Rotel
