Ingredients
- IN HEAVY SAUCEPAN MIX:
- 2 c diced potatoes
- 3/4 c diced onion
- 1/2 c diced celery
- 1 tsp salt
- 2-1/2 c water
- COOK ABOVE AND DON'T DRAIN
- 4 T flour
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 4 T butter
- MELT INGREDIENTS TOGETHER THEN ADD:
- 2 c milk
- 1-1/2 c milk
- 1-1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 lb cubed velveeta cheese
- 1 T parsley flakes
