- 1 medium-sized onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Place the finely-chopped onion in the ActiFry with a tablespoon of olive oil and let it brown for 5 minutes.
Add the cuttlefish cut into strips, salt and pepper to taste, and leave to cook for 25 minutes.
Serve with basmati rice and salad.

To make the preparation easier, use medium-sized cuttlefish, since these are tenderer. Instead of basmati rice, this dish may be served with chips prepared in the ActiFry.
