Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. raw peanuts
- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 1 T. butter/margarine
- 2 tsp. soda

Step 1
Use Candy Thermometer. Cook syrup, sugar, and water to 250 degrees. Add butter and peanuts. Cook to 325 degrees, stirring constantly. Rmove from fire; add soda and vanilla. Stir; will foam to double size. (Use large pan.) Pour into well greased cookie sheets, cool and break into pieces.
