Cod Fillet with Peppers, Leeks, Onions and Dill 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 500 g/ 1 lb cod fillets,
  • 2 red peppers,
  • 2 yellow peppers,
  • 1 leek,
  • 1 jar pickled button onions,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon oil,
  • 2 ActiFry spoons fresh chopped dill,
  • 1/2 ActiFry spoon curry powder,
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the fish into rather large pieces. Season with curry powder, pepper and salt. Cut the peppers. Slice the leeks, wash the pieces and drain. Drain the button onions.

Pour the oil int the ActiFry and add the cod, peppers, leeks and button onions. Cook for 15 minutes. Add a little water if needed.

At the last minute, spread the chopped fresh dill over the entire dish.
