Ingredients
- 300 g/10 oz fish (cod or salmon)
- 400 g/14 oz prawns
- 400 g/14 oz sliced squid or small octopus
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 300 g/10 oz flour
- 400 g/14 oz breadcrumbs
- 200 g/7 oz mayonnaise
- 30 g/1 oz tomato Ketchup
- 11/2 tbsp red wine
- Salt, sugar
- Lemon
- Sunflower oil for frying

Preparation
Step 1
Wash and dice the fish and seafood (bite-size), then sprinkle over lemon juice and a little salt.
Cover the fish pieces in flour, dunk them in the beaten eggs and coat them into breadcrumbs. Fry them in the ActiFry, preferably using sunflower oil.
Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, red wine salt & pepper, to make a mild, sweet-tasting sauce. Serve with lettuce or any other fresh vegetable.
*Chef Recommendations:*
To make your recipe healthier, replace the mayonnaise with a plain yogurt. Your meal will have a lower fat content, thus making it healthier.
