Ingredients
- 400 g/14 oz minced veal,
- 100 g/3 1/2 fl oz reduced fat cream or single cream,
- 3 slices white bread,
- 40 g/1 1/2 oz parsley, finely chopped
- 40 g/ 1 1/2 oz parmesan Reggiano,
- 1 shole egg,
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg (to taste),
- 1 ActiFry spoon extra virgin olive oil.

Preparation
Step 1
Soften the white bread in the cream and then mix it with the veal. Add the egg, parmesan, finely chopped parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Shape into croquettes, each weighing about 25 g/1 oz. Pour the virgin olive oil into the actify and heat for about 3 minutes.
Add the croquettes and brown for about 7 minutes. Add the cream and cook for 4 additional minutes.
