Ingredients

  • 600 g/ 1 1/3 lb pork loin, cut into strips (1 x 3 cm/1/3 x 1 in),
  • 150 g/5 oz green cabbage,
  • 80 g/2 1/2 oz fresh bean sprouts,
  • 30 g/1 oz dried black Chinese mushrooms, soaked in warm water,
  • 1 onion,
  • 4 cloves garlic,
  • 2 ActiFry spoons dark soya sauce,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon groundnut oil,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon dry white wine,
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Season the pork pieces with salt and pepper. Sliced the onion and the soaked mushrooms. Remove the white stalks from the cabbage leaves and cut them in half lengthwise, then slice the leaves thinly. Set aside.

Heat the peanut oil. Add the meat. Press 4 garlic cloves through a garlic press and put on top of the meat. Cook for 8 minutes.

Add the soya sauce, white wine, onion and mushrooms. Allow to reduce for 8 minutes. Add the white cabbage stalks. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the sliced green caggabe leaves and the fresh bean sprouts. Cook for 4 minutes. Stop the ActiFry and leave to cool for 2 minutes before serving.
