Ingredients
- 400 g/ 14 oz turkey breast, cut into cubes
- 350 g/ 12 oz pumpkin, cut into smallish cubes
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- 1/2 tbsp nutmeg
- 6 tbsp cranberry jelly
- 300 ml/10 fl oz veal stock (or gravy base)
- 1 tbspvegetable oil
- Salt, pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil in the ActiFry. Add the onions and the seasoned turkey pieces, leave to colour for 5 min.
Add the maple syrup and leave it to caramelise. Add the pumpkin and the nutmeg. Cook for 2 min. Add the liquid and the herbs and cook for 15 min.
Thicken the sauce with the cranberry jelly, leave to cook for 2 minutes and serve.
*Chef Recommendations:*
You can if you like replace the maple syrup with brown sugar.
