Ingredients

  • 500 g/ 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts,
  • 1/4 ActiFry spoon ground cumin,
  • 1/4 ActiFry spoon ground nutmeg,
  • 1/4 ActiFry spoon ground cardamom,
  • 1/4 ActiFry spoon fresh garlic, minced,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon onion, minced,
  • 2 ActiFry spoons vinegar,
  • 1/2 ActiFry spoon vegetable oil,
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the chicken into thin slices. Mix all the ingredients together and marinate for 12 hours in the fridge.

Put the marinated chicken in the ActiFry pan and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

Serve with chopped parsley and chopped onion.
